We fully gaurantee all work. All parts fitted carry a 12 month warranty.

Let's face it , anyone that thinks they know about computers can come to your house and do some repairs... but they all can't gaurante the work, offer full warranty on parts and offer the level of testing we do.

Our service takes a FULL working day at least. Anyone that tells you they can call at your house and do a "full service" is only doing some of the work required.

We'll tell you honestly and in easy to understand terms what we did , and how to look after your PC or laptop in the future.

We take huge pride in our integrity and will always aim to fix problems first time. Not always possible , but then we won't charge for any repeat occurence*

We spend hours every day explaining and helping customers for free. It's what we're all about. If we can help - we will.

We now have 5 repair benches installed in our workshops (almost always in use) as our repair / upgrade services have been in great demand, in fact work has doubled in the last 12 months as word of our services spread.

Wherever your PC was bought , we can look after it and keep it in peak condition.

Our most popular repairs are the £45 full service which includes virus and spyware removal, temp file clean up,registry scan, de-frag etc.

If someone offers to do an service on your PC at home in an hour - it's not the full thing ! Our services take over 5 hours each - and include many hands on, experienced checks.

Data Recovery Insurance / Service.
We are now stocking Freecom Data Recovery Insurance.
In the event you'r hard drive crashes, and you face losing all your precious music, important business files etc, this service can save your data.

For only £39, you register online with the service, giving details of the one hard drive covered and then you are covered for 3 years - with the price including one full data recovery within the 3 years.
